The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Johnson, who went 7 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points plus five rebounds.
The win got Davidson Day back to even at 1-1.
The Burlington School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 65-59 victory against Carmel Christian on the 9th. As for Davidson Day, they will challenge Gaston Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Davidson Day will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak dating back to last season alive.
