North Shore's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Terrence ?Tj? Alford, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds. Deandre Jones was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five assists.
North Shore's victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 12-10. As for Humble, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Shore will square off against Atascocita at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Atascocita is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last 15 games. As for Humble, they will head out on the road to face off against Kingwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
