Eagle Ridge Academy saw some tournament action  on Saturday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rock Canyon Jaguars.
 While Eagle Ridge Academy had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19,  25-21.
 Cole Crawford paced Eagle Ridge Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Crawford really made an impact as  he also led the team in assists with five.
Eagle Ridge Academy now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for Rock Canyon, their victory  ended  a  seven-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eagle Ridge Academy will take on Forge Christian at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Rock Canyon, they will face off against ThunderRidge at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
