Ada has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Idabel Warriors at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Ada posted their closest victory yet this season on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 41-39 win over Destiny Christian.
Ada had a senior duo take command as Devon Maccollister scored 15 points along with five assists and Carter Colombe scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. Keith Cook was another key contributor, scoring three points along with five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Idabel came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Kingston by a score of 62-50. Given Idabel's advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 40th, while Kingston is ranked 137th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Ada has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. As for Idabel, their win bumped their record up to 14-1.
