Basketball Recap: Mosley Skates Past Bozeman with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Mosley over Bozeman in every quarter on their way to victory on Monday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Mosley Dolphins blew the Bozeman Bucks out of the water with a 58-14 final score. The Dolphins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 20 points or more this season.

Mosley was led to victory by Faith Alvarado and McKenzie Rimmer. Alvarado almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine steals, while Rimmer dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 boards. Rimmer is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least nine every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Lovelee Holley, who posted 11 points and five steals.

Mosley was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2023.

The victory was the third in a row for Mosley, bringing their record for this year to 3-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34 points. As for Bozeman, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Mosley and Bozeman will both be playing Chipley the next time they take the court. Bozeman will host Chipley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Mosley will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
