Conestoga Valley can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They took down Elizabethtown 54-37. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Conestoga Valley has managed all season.
In what's become a running theme this season, Linville Hill gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Lancaster County Christian 68-23 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Linville Hill sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Linville Hill's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Stephen Smucker, who scored 29 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Smucker has scored all season. Derian Peterseim was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
