Bennett came into Monday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Arvada Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Monday. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 22-25, 29-27, 25-8.

Kaurlie Voorhies paced Bennett's offense, picking up ten kills. Voorhies got some help from Emilee Venneberg and her 20 assists. Jordan Ladd controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 4-6. As for Arvada, they dropped their record down to 3-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Bennett has already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Fort Lupton on the 16th. As for Arvada, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Sheridan on the 16th.
