Even though the Marcos de Niza Padres scored an imposing 61 points on Wednesday, the Arcadia Titans still came out on top. In a tight  game that could have gone either way, Arcadia made off with a  62-61 victory over Marcos de Niza. This was payback for Arcadia, who suffered a  69-41  defeat the last time these two teams met.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arcadia to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jamison Fox, who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and ten  rebounds. The  contest was  Fox's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Braylen Rooney, who  scored 15 points along with five  rebounds and five  steals.
 Marcos de Niza lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   James Steward, who  dropped  a double-double on 20 points and 12  rebounds. Steward scored a full 32.8% of Marcos de Niza's points, the third time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points.  Dj Drew was another key contributor,  scoring 22 points along with three  steals.
 Arcadia now  has a winning record of 9-8. As for Marcos de Niza, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, as they've  lost three of their last four matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
 Arcadia will  square off against Saguaro at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Arizona (Saguaro is ranked 129th, while Arcadia is ranked 135th). As for Marcos de Niza, they will play host again and welcome St. Mary's, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. St. Mary's is coming into the  match hot, having won their last four games.
