Covington is 7-1 against Bynum since November of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Covington Owls will host the Bynum Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Covington is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Avalon just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 45-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Bynum unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 42-34 to Avalon.

Bynum's loss dropped their record down to 13-3. As for Covington, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 11-5.

Covington was able to grind out a solid victory over Bynum in their previous matchup back in December of 2021, winning 39-32. Does Covington have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bynum turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
