Lake Minneola got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Logan Montero out in front who rushed for 66 yards and one TD on only five carries, and also threw for 124 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 11 passes. Another player making a difference was Damarius Johnson, who picked up 111 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Lake Minneola's defense and their 3.5 sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: AJ Hardy, Jayden Edwards, and Arzorius Browne, who each picked up one sack apiece.
