It was another big night for Ty Price, who scored 40 points along with seven assists and two steals for Butler County. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Price has scored at least a third of Butler County's points. Another player making a difference was Lawson Rice, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds.
Edmonson County has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Butler County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-7 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edmonson County will face off against Marion County at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Butler County is on the road again on Monday and plays Grayson County at 7:30 p.m. on February 12th. Butler County has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,717 points over their last 22 games.
