It was a fabulous 2015 football season in Texas. When is it not?

Five teams were among the Xcellent 25 National Football Rankings presented by the Army National Guard — all in the top 12, including national champion Katy.

But not a single one of those teams is featured in the Top 10 plays for the state, which shows just how far the talent spreads.

So if you want to see some plays, consider the hurdle and pretty TD run from Fabian Ledesma, who appropriately attends named Mercedes (Texas).

There was a head-shaking 96-yard kickoff return by Cypress Creek (Houston) running back Kaleb O'Bryant, a behind-the-back catch, a 100-yard interception return and a half dozen sideline-to-sideline runs that one will need to see to be believed.
