The Ontario Christian Knights lost against the Glendora Tartans last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Ontario Christian fell to Glendora 47-42. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Ontario Christian in their matchups with Glendora: they've now lost three in a row.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zander Lewis, who scored 11 points. Alex Yang was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Ontario Christian has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Glendora, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.
Ontario Christian is on the road again on Friday and play against Don Lugo at 5:00 p.m. on December 8th. Don Lugo will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 589th, while Ontario Christian is ranked 271st). Glendora won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against San Dimas at 8:00 p.m. on December 8th.
