Hennessey scored a full 42.9% of Master's Academy's points, the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Meanwhile, John Carroll Catholic was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 33-28 to Melbourne Central Catholic. John Carroll Catholic has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Jupiter Christian's victory bumped their season record to 0-0 while Master's Academy's loss dropped theirs to 1-2.
Master's Academy came up short against John Carroll Catholic when the teams last played back in January of 2020, falling 46-38. Thankfully for Master's Academy, Brianna Maldonado (who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
