The Dell City Cougars scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 64-44 margin over Big Bend. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Dell City has managed all season.
Reyes Espinoza was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with eight assists and eight steals. Espinoza is crushing the steal category: he's posted at least three every time he's taken the court this season. Isaac Estrada was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with five assists and three steals.
Dell City's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Big Bend, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
