If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Ladue Horton Watkins. On Thursday they take on Webster Groves at 6:00 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory.
Ladue Horton Watkins were able to grind out a solid win over St. Louis University last week, winning 14-6.
Meanwhile, Webster Groves suffered a grim 6-28 defeat to Hazelwood Central.
Ladue Horton Watkins's victory lifted them to 3-0 while Webster Groves's loss dropped them down to 0-3. We'll see if Ladue Horton Watkins' success rolls on or if Webster Groves are able to steal their positive momentum.
