Kayetano Jaimes Has Career-Day on Thursday
Starting off the list is East Texas Homeschool Sports's Kayetano Jaimes, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Thursday Jaimes made four total tackles and defended three passes, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending three passes.
East Texas Homeschool Sports' win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-4. Jaimes and East Texas Homeschool Sports will take on Tyler HEAT at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Layton Francis and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Layton Francis was instrumental in extending Fort Worth THESA's winning streak to six on Friday. Francis was dynamite, throwing for 241 yards and six touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, and also rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
For the season, Francis has thrown 22 touchdowns (and and only 2 pick) while averaging 130 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 57.29 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 95.43 rushing yards.

Benjamin Frazier Delivers Electric Performance Vs San Antonio Patriots Homeschool
Benjamin Frazier was instrumental in extending Austin Royals HomeSchool's winning streak to five on Saturday. Frazier was dynamite, rushing for 150 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 56 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool's probably not too fond of Frazier given he always seems to get the better of them. Frazier rushed for 95 yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the duked it out back in October of 2023.

Westlake Academy had to settle for second on Friday, but Gunnar Barnard sure wasn't going down easily. Barnard turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 100 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. He has become a key player for Westlake Academy: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.
Westlake Academy now has a losing record at 3-4. Barnard and Westlake Academy will square off against Hill County at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Fort Worth THESA Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Andrew Keller
Fort Worth THESA picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Andrew Keller. Nobody could stop Keller as he picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 30 yards.incredibly, Keller got all that yardage with just one huge grab
For the year, Keller has caught 13 touchdowns while averaging 69.3 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had six receiving touchdowns.
