After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Central Noble, Norwell was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets with a sharp 8-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won six contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Kaydance Clark was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple and two RBI. That triple was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Teagan Lesley, who went 1-for-5 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Norwell's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Norwell wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 9-4 loss against Leo on the 28th. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-1 defeat against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger on the 30th.
