Armwood won the last time they faced Blake and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hawks blew past the Yellow Jackets 13-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Hawks.

Rhyan Yetman made a splash while hitting and pitching. He pitched three innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Elijah Battiste, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Javier Suniaga, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs and one double.

Armwood always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .618. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
