Oak Grove is a perfect 10-0 against Meridian since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will look to defend their home pitch against the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. Oak Grove is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.7 goals per game this season.

Oak Grove will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any goals two weeks ago, then bounced right back against Picayune last Thursday. The Warriors blew past the Maroon Tide 5-1. Elizabeth Boucher was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Meridian duked it out with Moss Point last Friday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2.

Meridian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Oak Grove, their win bumped their record up to 4-2-1.

Oak Grove took their victory against Meridian when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 16-0 score. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
