New Buffalo had won two straight games and Lucas Forker did his part to make it three on Friday. The New Buffalo Bison claimed a resounding 63-17 win over the Countryside Academy Cougar thanks to Forker, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last five times he's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Samuel Tripp, who posted nine points in addition to six assists and four steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in December of 2024.

New Buffalo pushed their record up to 13-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points over those games. As for Countryside Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

New Buffalo has already played their next match (against Bridgman), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Countryside Academy, they will face off against Howardsville Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
