Even though the Northeast/Northwest College Prep Panthers scored an imposing 60 points on Tuesday, the World of Inquiry Griffins still came out on top. World of Inquiry snuck past Northeast/Northwest College Prep with a 66-60 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for World of Inquiry.
World of Inquiry got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaedon Adams out in front who scored 25 points along with seven steals and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Justice Stubbs, who scored 16 points.
The win got World of Inquiry back to even at 6-6. As for Northeast/Northwest College Prep, they bumped their record down to 2-2 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road dating back to last season.
World of Inquiry will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Finney at 6:00 p.m. As for Northeast/Northwest College Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Gates Chili at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
