Despite the defeat, King saw an underclassman step up: Jeremiah Davis scored 19 points. Donovan Holloway was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds.
Marin Catholic's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for King, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.
