Salem Christian School was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They lost  3-0 to the Statesville Christian Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-19,  25-7.

Salem Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Statesville Christian, their win  ended  a  three-match drought at home  and  bumped them up to 12-6.
 Looking ahead, Salem Christian School will head out on the road to  face off against  Hickory Christian Academy  at 5:15  p.m.  on Friday. Statesville Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
