After a dominant win in their contest two weeks ago, Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire were humbled last week. They had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it as the team lost 6-7 to Sibley-Ocheyedan.
Meanwhile, if North Union were riding high off their 42-21 takedown of Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union, that ride came to an abrupt end. North Union fell to Lake Mills 12-20.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
