The Allen Eagles will venture away from home to challenge the Plano West Wolves at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Allen comes in on 14 and Plano West on seven.
On Thursday, Allen got the win against Princeton by a conclusive 18-3. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 contests by six runs or more this season.

Claire McKeever was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Presley Duron also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
Allen was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .556. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2025.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Plano West). Everything went their way against McKinney on Thursday as they made off with a 19-2 victory. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Wolves with their most commanding win of the season.
Kendall Prowell made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (and not a single walk). Prowell was even better at the plate, going 2-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Brooke Reasoner was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Abby Jennings was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
Allen's record now sits at 21-3. As for Plano West, their record is now 15-8-1.
Allen got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Plano West by a conclusive 11-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
