Baseball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Cascade

While Cascade's win against West Branch wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cougars narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Bears 5-3. The win was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won four contests in a row.

Cascade's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-7. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for West Branch, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-23.

As of now, neither Cascade nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
