The Northwest Christian Wolverines were the 68-48 winner over the Ocosta Wildcats when they last played one another back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Northwest Christian took a 55-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Thursday. Northwest Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

That was a full 43.5% of Northwest Christian's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Leading Ocosta to victory were Luis Solis and Jesus Agramon. Solis dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds, while Agramon scored 15 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Solis has scored all season. Matt Wyland was another key contributor, scoring five points.
Northwest Christian's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Ocosta, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-13.
Northwest Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against the Acorns at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. Ocosta is on the road again on Saturday and plays the Pirates at 1:00 p.m. on February 3rd.
