Lander Valley faced Mountain View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Tigers' defense stepped up to hand the Buffalos a 4-0 shutout. Considering Lander Valley have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Mountain View with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sequeil Lozier, Craig Hansen, Sawyer Nachazel, and Finn Richards.

Lander Valley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four games. As for Mountain View, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
