The Harmon Hawks will square off against the Center Yellowjackets at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Harmon is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.7 runs per game this season.
Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Harmon turned things around against Northeast on Tuesday. They never let the Vikings get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. Considering the Hawks have won seven matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Dylan Munoz made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Harmon is undefeated when Munoz posts two or more stolen bases, but 6-10 otherwise.
In other batting news, Chad Taylor and Izak Tovar did most of the damage at the plate: Taylor went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs, while Tovar went a perfect 2-for-2 with four stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Taylor has become a key player for Harmon: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-10 otherwise. Anthony Avalos was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.
Harmon always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .654. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Center fell victim to Clinton and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 13-0.
Harmon's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for Center, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Harmon has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 8.1 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Center struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Harmon suffered a grim 13-3 defeat to Center when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Will the Hawks have more luck at home instead of on the road? Come back here after the game to get an analysis of the match and other baseball content.
