Even though Andrews Osborne Academy scored an imposing 61 points on Saturday, Harvey still came out on top. Harvey took their matchup against Andrews Osborne Academy 69-61.
Harvey's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Armani Hall led the charge by scoring 21 points along with 4 steals. Braylon Johnson was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Meanwhile, South's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell 51-44 to Perry.
Harvey's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for South, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
Harvey came up short against South when the teams last played back in February of 2015, falling 55-48. Can Harvey avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
