Mahopac scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Scarsdale Raiders by a score of 15-14. The Wolf Pac were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Mahopac dropped their record down to 2-8 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Scarsdale, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-6 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mahopac will head out to take on Carmel at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Scarsdale, they will square off against Mamaroneck at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
