Flanagan-Cornell won the last time they faced Ridgeview and things went their way on Thursday too. The Falcons came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0.

While Flanagan-Cornell won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 27-25.

Kora Edens paced Flanagan-Cornell's offense, picking up five kills. Edens got some help from Billie Jo Shehorn and her eight assists. Finally, Brooklyn Delheimer kept Flanagan-Cornell's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Flanagan-Cornell's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Ridgeview, they dropped their record down to 7-14 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Flanagan-Cornell will square off against Fisher at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridgeview, they will face off against Iroquois West at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
