Blair-Taylor had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Arcadia on Thursday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 14-6 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.

Blair-Taylor is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.2 runs over those games. As for Arcadia, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blair-Taylor will head out to take on Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
