After losing to Washington the last time they met, Kennedy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Kennedy were able to grind out a solid win over Washington on Friday, winning 21-11. The success made it back-to-back wins for Kennedy. The game brought Kennedy to 4-2 and dropped Washington to a mirror-image 2-4.
Kennedy will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Bettendorf. Those two teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Washington, they will face off against Davenport Central.
