Isaiah Gallegos Has Career Rushing Day
Starting off the list is Rocky Ford's Isaiah Gallegos, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Thursday Gallegos rushed for 168 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry, and also threw for 215 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Mcclave Wins Fifth-Straight Thanks to Ethan Bronniman
Ethan Bronniman was instrumental in extending McClave's winning streak to five on Friday. Nobody could stop Bronniman as he threw for 82 yards and two touchdowns on only five passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
McClave's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Bronniman and McClave will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Las Animas at 3:00 p.m.
