North Tampa Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Toni Bryant, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and ten rebounds. Bryant is absolutely dominating the block category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Landyn Colyer, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
North Tampa Christian Academy pushed their record up to 21-2 with that victory, which was their tenth straight at home. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 32.8 points. As for Sunlake, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-8.
North Tampa Christian Academy will square off against Williston at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sunlake won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against St. Petersburg at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
