Powered by four state titles and two undefeated seasons, Hartford is the most dominant high school football team from Vermont over the last decade.

Based on MaxPreps methodology, the Hurricanes amassed 301 points from play over 2010 to 2019 to edge Middlebury, which finished second with 282 points.

Hartford won three straight championships starting in 2010 including unbeaten seasons in 2011 and 2012. It also took the crown in 2016 and placed second in 2017.

Middlebury went 11-0 in both 2013 and 2014 en route to D1 championships and took second in 2015.
