The Delcastle Technical Cougars fell victim to the Wilmington Charter Force's's stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a 7-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Force. Delcastle Technical just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.
Among those leading the charge was Brady harach, who gained 113 total yards and a touchdown.
Wilmington Charter's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB nine times. It was a group effort, with three picking up two apiece.
Delcastle Technical's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Wilmington Charter, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which somehow isn't as good as their 6-1 record this season.
Delcastle Technical will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Red Lion Christian Academy at 11:00 a.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Delaware (Red Lion Christian Academy is ranked 17th, while Delcastle Technical is ranked 35th). Wilmington Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
