The Skyline Eagles were the 54-48 winner over the Olympus Titans when they last played one another back in February of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Skyline took a 48-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Olympus on Tuesday. Skyline has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
It was another big night for Joss Baker, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds for Olympus. Keily Trabanino was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Olympus, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.
Skyline will be playing at home against Brighton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. That game will pit two of the most dominant players against one another: Sophie Nielsen and Cami Groberg. As for Olympus, they will head out on the road to face off against Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Highland comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
