Alaina Turek posted a new career-high in runs on Wednesday. She scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. Perhaps even more impressive was her lead-up to Wednesday's match, in which she improved her previous run total for three consecutive games.

Coming up, Turek and Livonia will square off against Le Roy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs had to take a loss when they last met the Oatkan Knights, but Turek had little to do with the loss: she went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
