Beloit posted their closest victory since September 13th on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past Southeast of Saline 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Beloit.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Beloit got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 20-25, 25-23.

Vivian Thompson paced Beloit's offense, picking up nine kills. Thompson were helped by Addyson Channell and Colbi Stroede, who contributed 13 assists each. Mckenna Channell controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Beloit's win bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Southeast of Saline, they dropped their record down to 8-16 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Beloit and Ellsworth will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeast of Saline, they will challenge Hoisington on the 9th.
