Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bradshaw Christian). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Galt Warriors 76-33. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the The Pride as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Bradshaw Christian was led to victory by AJ Torres and Aiden Gordon. Torres went 6 of 14 on his way to 18 points, while Gordon posted 15 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Fitzpatrick, who had eight points and six boards.
Bradshaw Christian's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Galt, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.
Bradshaw Christian and Escalon will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Bradshaw Christian has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Galt, they will challenge El Dorado at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
