The Warren County Screaming Devils stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They really took it to Aquinas for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-30 win at home. Winning may never get old, but Warren County sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Leading Warren County to victory were Courtney Bray and Jailee Allen. Bray scored 28 points along with seven steals, while Allen scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Bray has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last nine times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Alecia Tucker, who scored five points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Warren County's victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-5. As for Aquinas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.
Warren County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Aquinas, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lake Oconee Academy at 5:30 p.m. Hopefully Aquinas focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 33 on Tuesday.
