Last Tuesday, Adams Central faced the Bluehawks in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Adams Central came out on top against the Bluehawks by a score of 29-20. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Adams Central has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Kearney Catholic came up short against the Panthers on Tuesday and fell 42-32.
Adams Central has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Kearney Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
