North Arlington is 0-4 against Ridgefield Memorial since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The North Arlington Vikings will be staying on the road to face off against the Ridgefield Memorial Royals at 7:00 p.m. on January 26th. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, North Arlington was able to grind out a solid victory over Secaucus, taking the game 48-41.
Meanwhile, even though Cliffside Park scored an imposing 56 points on Monday, Ridgefield Memorial still came out on top. Ridgefield Memorial snuck past Cliffside Park with a 62-56 win.
North Arlington's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Ridgefield Memorial, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.
North Arlington came up short against Ridgefield Memorial when the teams last played back in February of 2023, falling 75-63. Can North Arlington avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
