Price Came Up Big in Ponder's 36-26 Win
Starting off the list is Ponder's Tyson Price, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Price threw for 204 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes, and also rushed for 92 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble, making nine total tackles, and defending a pass.
On the year, Price has thrown 22 touchdowns while averaging 272 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had 12 passing touchdowns.

Ponder was led to victory by Johnny Arellano, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Arellano rushed for 178 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (109.3) per game. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards.
