Pioneer waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the Rowe Warriors with a sharp 12-2 win. Considering the Diamondbacks have won 12 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Pioneer's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Rowe, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-12.

Coming up, Pioneer will host Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Javelinas have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.6 runs per game on average), something the Diamondbacks will no doubt try to take advantage of. Rowe has already played their next contest (against Sharyland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
