On Saturday Jericho take on Oyster Bay at 2:00 PM. Jericho are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
It was close but no cigar for Jericho as they fell 0-2 to Carle Place last week.
Meanwhile, Oyster Bay had to kick off their season on the road, but they showed no ill effects. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Friends Academy, winning 14-0.
Oyster Bay's win lifted them to 1-0 while Jericho's defeat dropped them down to 0-2. We'll see if Oyster Bay's success rolls on or if Jericho are able to steal their positive momentum.
