University Park's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Sunday after their eighth straight loss. They were outmatched by Burncoat on the road and fell 87-48. University Park was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-21.
Burncoat found their leader in underclassman Jaiden Johnston, who scored 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnston has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Cheyton Marshall, who scored 13 points.
University Park dropped their record down to 1-9 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Burncoat, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.

As for Burncoat, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Doherty Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd. Doherty Memorial is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
